Peanut Butter Cup Protein Shake

This is one of my favorite ways to make a post workout shake, it tastes just like a peanut butter cup. It’s packed with protein from the protein powder but also the peanut butter. The banana will also help to keep you from being as sore the next day. Enjoy! Share it if you like it :)
