Fitness and Food Challenge: July! As well as great workout programs to do!


And July's challenge is...

Break down your meals into 5 to 6 smaller meals a day. Do this everyday for the whole month!
Pick a fitness program and follow it for at least this month if not for the whole program. Don't skip days:) Workout every day unless specified to rest by your program.

You can choose your own program or one from this list:

http://www.zuzkalight.com/  This is a great website for HIIT workouts. If you like fast (12 to 15 min.) workouts this is for you. They are short but VERY intense. 15 minute workouts are enough if you do them every day, but you have to push yourself to the max. You can find the first 70 ZWOW's (workouts) for free. If you want to access other workouts after #70 you have to sign up for the ZGYM which is $10.00 a month.

http://www.bodyrock.tv/     Also HIIT workouts. All free, you should do one every single day. Workouts are broken down daily, so you have a new one to do each day and they tell you which.

http://www.beachbody.com/ They have a lot of workout programs including Insanity, P90X and Body Beast which I just started. Downside...the programs all cost and need to be ordered and delivered. You can get really awesome results with these programs though. (check Youtube for reviews and transformation pics)

http://www.blogilates.com/ Upbeat Pilates all through videos! This is free! You can subscribe to the e-mails to get a password each month to get the workout schedule for each month. It tells you exactly which videos to do each day.
